Wyatt Scrapbook - YWCA International Dinner Menu and Program

In November 2011, I purchased a scrapbook at an antiques mall in Carson, California. The scrapbook is believed to have belonged to Laurine Wyatt. I am transcribing the articles and documents contained in the scrapbook with the hope that it may be of value to genealogists who may be researching the individuals named.

A pretty fan-shaped menu andprogram for the Y.W.C.A. International Dinner! The front cover was hand-coloredand the three pieces fastened together with a loop of heavy thread. The menuand program are transcribed below the images.

  1. I love that you did that! I always see such lovely and sentimental scrapbooks at garage sales and antique markets but never buy them. I hope the families see your work!

    1. I wish I could afford to buy all the abandoned scrapbooks and photos I see! I have had some feedback but none yet from any confirmed family members. But I am hopeful that someday someone will see the posts.
